Keystone Pacific Property Management Promotes Tonja Gray to Community Manager
IRVINE, Calif. - Keystone Pacific Property Management has promoted Tonja Gray from architectural coordinator to community manager for the CZ Master Association in Coto de Caza, Calif.
“Tonja has demonstrated outstanding dedication and consistently performs at a high level of excellence – we are very proud to announce her promotion”, said Denise Bergstrom, vice president of association management of Keystone Pacific Property Management.
As community manager out of the Rancho Santa Margarita office, Gray will coordinate special projects directed by the CZ Board of Directors and assigned by the general manager of CZ. She will support the general manager of CZ, serving as the contact for homeowner, client and vendor calls and a point of contact for the Board, District Delegates, Traffic & Safety Committee and Security Committee, when the general manager is not available. She will be responsible for overseeing the regular inspection, maintenance and repair of common area facilities and will be assisting the general manager with the day-to-day administration and management of CZ Master, a community in Coto de Caza.
Gray obtained a California real estate license in 2004 and is currently working towards a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through California Association of Community Managers.
