Kristin Vils of Keystone Pacific Property Management Earns CCAM Designation
IRVINE, Calif. - Kristin Vils of Keystone Pacific Property Management has earned the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.
“Obtaining this designation demonstrates Kristen’s commitment to this industry as well as her continuing education – we are very proud of her,” said Denise Bergstrom, vice president of association management of Keystone Pacific Property Management.
As the on-site Facilities Manager and Activities Director for the One Ford Road Community Association in Newport Beach, Calif., Vils is responsible for assisting the community association manager of One Ford Road community with the maintenance and operation of all community facilities. She also plans, organizes and directs all community events.
Vils has a bachelor’s degree in recreation and leisure studies from California State University, Long Beach and also holds an active Notary Public commission.
